How to Redeem
- Log into your Smart Home Rajo City account (or create one)
- Go to "My Account" and select "Gift Cards"
- Enter the gift card code (sent via email)
- The balance is added to your account and applied at checkout
Gift Card Terms
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Gift cards can be used for full or partial payment on any product
- Multiple gift cards can be combined in a single order
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
- Unused balance remains on the card for future use within the validity period
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced — treat them like cash
- Gift cards cannot be applied to previous purchases

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, if an order placed with a gift card is returned, the refund will be credited back to the gift card balance.
