1. Introduction

Welcome to Smart Home Rajo City. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. Smart Home Rajo City is registered and operates under the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

2. Account Terms

When you create an account on our website, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not use a fake or another person's identity when creating an account

3. Product Information and Pricing

We make every effort to display product information, prices, and availability accurately. However:

• All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update prices without prior notice
• Promotional prices and discounts are subject to specific terms and time limits

4. Order and Payment Terms

By placing an order on Smart Home Rajo City:

• You make an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the listed prices
• We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason
• Full payment is required before order processing and dispatch
• A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email
• Payment methods accepted: Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers
• Cash on Delivery is available in select locations with a convenience fee of GH₵ 5

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all 16 regions of Ghana. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times vary by location and are provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items. Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Smart Home Rajo City or our content suppliers and is protected by Ghanaian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. The Smart Home Rajo City name and logo are trademarks of Smart Home Rajo City.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Smart Home Rajo City shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of our services:

• We encourage you to contact our customer service team first to resolve the issue amicably
• If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act 2010 (Act 798) of Ghana
• Any unresolved disputes shall be finally settled by the courts of Ghana

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email.
