How Points Work

Earn Points

Earn points on every purchase. The number of points depends on your membership tier and the total order value (excluding shipping and taxes).

Points Accumulate

Points are credited to your account once your order is delivered and remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

Redeem at Checkout

Redeem your points for discounts at checkout. 100 points = GH₵ 5 discount. Points cannot be used to pay for shipping fees.

Tier Upgrades

Your tier is based on points earned in the last 12 months. As you earn more points, you automatically progress through tiers with better benefits.

Yes, points expire 12 months after they are earned. You can see the expiration date of your points in your account dashboard. We will send reminder emails before your points are about to expire.

Yes! Points can be combined with promo codes and other promotions. The discount from points is applied after any promotional discounts.

Tier upgrades are automatic. When your total points earned in the last 12 months reach the threshold for the next tier, you are automatically upgraded. You will receive an email notification with your new benefits.

Points can only be redeemed against product prices, not shipping fees. However, Gold and Platinum members enjoy free shipping as part of their tier benefits.
